Shipping and Delivery Times
The shipment of our products is entrusted to an express courier service which guarantees delivery in Europe between 4 and 10 working days depending on the reachability of the address and the service chosen during the order. At the time of shipment you will be sent everything necessary to be able to monitor the shipment and ensure safe delivery.
It is essential to perform an optimal service that the customer during the order checks that he has entered all the details of the delivery address, indicate the name displayed on the intercom, if at a work location and all the useful details that will help the courier to easy delivery. In the event that the customer decides to change the address, he must contact by telephone only with the order in progress.
All shipments are based on weight.
If the objects are more than one, the weight changes the price of the delivery.
The order is shipped from Italy
The goods will be sent within the next 48 hours after payment is received, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, with express courier delivery times 4/15 days. with shipping code.

The cost of standard shipping will be calculated based on weight and destination, starts from €11.00;
orders with multiple items will be shipped in one shipment;
Standard shipping includes a tracking code; the customer will be notified via email on the status of the shipment and the day of delivery;
standard delivery times are estimated at 5 - 10 business days.
The goods are available in our warehouse in Italy without long waits and/or additional costs and will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Order departure time from Monday to Friday before 12:00.
Shipments will be made via one of our trusted express couriers and we will inform you of the shipping code via email or text message, which will help you keep track of the delivery status.
The shipment is insured for the full amount of the order, the insurance is valid only if at the time of delivery the wording "accept with reserve" is added next to the signature. If damage to the package is visible, add "damaged package". damage to the packaging is serious and evident, we recommend that you reject the goods by adding "rejected goods" next to the signature.
Order fulfillment times:
The shipment of the goods takes place within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding public holidays.
Extra costs (wrong recipient address)
if the address provided by the customer is incorrect, the courier informs both the sender and the recipient of the problem, and asks the sender what action he must take to deliver the package. To make the change to the incorrect address, the courier applies an extra cost for the change of € 10.00 which the customer will have to bear.
In the event that the courier fails to deliver at home after two attempts, the package goes into free storage for 5 days awaiting the customer's collection, if the customer does not collect the package, it returns to the sender, in this case the cost is charged to the customer is € 20.00.
Once the package has been returned to the sender and the customer requests a new shipment to the correct address, the customer is required to integrate by anticipating the amount of the expenses incurred, alternatively we will reimburse the customer for the amount of the order reduced by the sum of the costs.
For the redelivery of the package to the new address, the customer is required to contact us promptly and send us the requested amount as soon as possible.
